Head Coach: Sager Marshall

Bio: Sager Marshall has loved the game of football ever since growing up playing youth football in Virginia. After playing high school and college football at the University of Virginia Military Institute, Sager felt the need to give back to the game.

Sager began coaching youth sports with his two sons at an early age.  This will be Sager’s 4th season as Head Coach for Saddleback Valley Pop Warner, currently 13u Division 1 Bears. Coach Marshall will be entering his 3rd year with Mission Viejo High School.  This will be his second season with Running Backs and Special Teams.   

Coach Marshall has a BA in Economics from Virginia Military Institute (class of 99’), where he played football and met his wife, Jennifer, at the University of Virginia.  Sager has spent 23 years working for an outstanding firm, Pacific Life Insurance Company.  Jenn and Sager reside in Mission Viejo with their two boys, Jackson and Christian.
